~ Be A Area Or Duty Sergeant (No other personnel will be accepted)

~ Have at least 2 Months experience in the Police Service

~ Be Polite, Respectful, firm and fair.

~ Must be a good team player.

~ Must be a good supervisor (Oversees all Sergeants & Lower decisions).
